In early
April, Mattress Firm’s Talent Acquisition team hosted 10 dynamic student
leaders from universities across the country. These students were invited to
attend the MFRM Elite Leadership Summit. They were selected from a large
applicant pool of highly influential students that are making a difference on
their local campuses. They were invited
to the Mattress Firm corporate headquarters for a day of leadership content
provided by top executives and former ELS attendees. Content spanned from “Building your Brand”,
“Servant Leadership”, to “Inspiring Change.”
“This event
made a big impact on my life. I have been inspired by not just the speakers,

The MFRM Elite Leadership Summit was created with the intent to bring together and empower student leaders from universities across the nation, for the purpose of developing passionate, humble and creative leaders of tomorrow.
